Comparisons and Ratings of Tattoo Make-Up

I decided to research this type of product after experiencing a disaster at my own wedding last year. I wanted to
cover up a tattoo of the name of my ex-boyfriend and the product I used let me completely down at my wedding.

I couldn’t cover it up! It was dumb of me not to try out the concealer before my Big Day and I surely paid the price
for it. So I decided to compare the different tattoo concealers to see what works best.

Hopefully this is helpful to you all.

  • “ColorTration”

    Rating: ***

    Price: $38.00

    Positives:
    .

    • Covers about everything you want to cover
    Negatives

    • Thin consistency, takes long to dry

    • The vials in the Tattoo Cover Kit are extremely small
    • Need to apply with professional camouflage brush (separate purchase)

  •

    • Box looks neat
    • Priced in the midrange
    • Includes sponge and brush
    • The Leg Magic covers besides tattoos also
    …bruises

    Negatives:
    • Instead of reading my review list, watch their video. It  …says it all: …www.covermarkusa.com/indexbirthtattoo.htm. You
will see what people do not like about most tattoo make-up.products. Be aware you are watching an edited video
    • It takes forever to apply, must be layered and layered …which makes it difficult to dry
    • Still show a shadow underneath those layers of …make-up
    • No guarantee
    • Use the Primer before the liquid concealer (= the Leg …Magic)

  • “DERMABLEND”

    Rating: ***

    • Nice website with a lot wide variety of make-up products
    • It is also a sunscreen

    • The pink tattoo-eraser pencil is a separate purchase
    • Takes a great deal of work to apply
    • Frankly, I was disappointed that coming from a

    • Covers fair, seems like they are really
using her name to sell make-up, eye-shadow and such
